Skipton AC are hosting an evening for people who love running or simply exploring the great outdoors. Taking place at the Rendezvous Hotel in Skipton on 30th March from 7pm -9pm
The highlight of the evening will be a presentation by Nicky Spinks. Nicky has set a number of records for long distance fell running and in 2016 broke the record for a double Bob Graham Round. The Bob Graham Round is a 66 mile circuit of 44 peaks in the Lake District which must be completed within 24 hours. Nicky completed the circuit twice in 45 hours and 30 minutes.
In addition there will be a number of running and fitness experts at the event who will be providing free advice and tips for anyone wanting to train for an event or simply improve their running, health or fitness.
