James Hall had another great run to finish second in a time of 23:13 just 9 seconds behind first place Shaun Godsman of Calder Valley. James was also first U23 again. Ted Mason also had a good race to finish fourth in 23:58. Kirsty Hall also recorded another second place in 30:54.

In the Under 17’s race Harry Muir managed not to get lost and finished in a respectful third place in 11:48. Ellie Lambert also had a good race to finish second girl in 14:33.
